The Company

Launched in 2001, Rapporta Limited is based in London, UK and provides communication coaching services to businesses in the UK and Continental Europe. Rapporta’s team of communication trainers and coaches are well respected for their direct impact on business communication.

Rapporta was founded by international Communications Specialist and Coach, Mary-Louise Angoujard, with more than ten years experience in communications consultancy and Executive Coaching.

Rapporta Team

Mary-Louise Angoujard

Mary-Louise Angoujard, founder and Chief Executive of Rapporta Limited, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and Spanish and is a certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) practitioner. She is a qualified practitioner of Synergology (Synergologie), a new discipline in the field of nonverbal communication that is now available in English for the first time.

With over 10 years’ experience as a professional speaker, trainer and executive coach, Mary-Louise has a solid background in consultative selling, presentation skills coaching and management development. During the last eleven years in the UK , she worked in the medical equipment industry, telecommunications and strategic consultancy before founding Rapporta. She has lived and worked in Canada, the US, Spain, China, Thailand and Australia and speaks English, Spanish and French.

Mary-Louise speaks at business and professional association events on topics related to communication; recent talks include "The impact of Executive Coaching in Business" (British-American Chamber of Commerce), "Impact in Transition" (Academy of Chief Executives), "Gender Styles in Communication" (Women in Business).

Mary-Louise has been a guest expert for CNN International’s CNN Today, and her published articles have appeared in industry and national publications, and she has been quoted in the Telegraph, the Guardian, and the Sunday Times Business Section.


Jeremy Crouch

Jeremy holds a Degree in Engineering Science from Exeter University . His business background is twenty years in sales, marketing and general management in the telecommunications and information technology industries. He was Marketing Director of BTS PLC for eight years and during that time the company went from strength to strength, becoming a market leader.

Since 1995 Jeremy has been a full-time trainer and coach, specialising in sales development, management and personal development, helping businesses to increase productivity and effectiveness in their markets. His wide-ranging research and study, in addition to his experience, provide specialist knowledge and understanding of some of the most effective techniques used worldwide for helping individuals and organisations to create lasting positive change.


Arielle Essex

Arielle began her professional life in commercial art, design and advertising before moving on to practical Psychology and Osteopathy. As a certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) trainer for the last 10 years, she has experience as an executive coach, working in key areas such as career progression, teamwork and communication issues with leading international organisations.

With Rapporta, Arielle offers specific insights and know-how to training in both design and delivery -- including communication and interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and presentation style.

Arielle has also founded and runs a public training school, Practical Miracles, offering courses leading to a diploma in NLP.

Paul Matthews

Paul started in business with an honours degree in engineering and has succeeded in roles at Director level in a wide variety of markets, in companies from small start-up operations to multi-nationals.

As a Director of Sales and then Director of Customer Services for a multi-national IT company, he turned around the relationships with major customers to develop true partnerships. This was largely as a result of his abilities to enhance communications within the customer/supplier relationship.

A full-time entrepreneur, trainer and coach for the last 5 years, he has a gift for identifying the main issues in complex situations; by working with and through people he has achieved consistent success in enabling them to overcome the challenges inherent in today’s rapidly changing business world.

Paul specialises in Executive Coaching, Team Building and Organisational Culture Change and brings significant skill and know-how to the Rapporta team.
