Neuro-Linguistic Programming

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a synthesis of cognitive and behavioural psychology and is based on modelling; the ability to detect and utilise patterns for “what works”, or how people excel in any field, and teaching these communication and behavioural patterns to others.

Neuro – refers to the mind and how it organises our life

Linguistic – refers to how the use of language affects us
