Presentation Skills

What do your presentations skills say about you? How large is the gap between your own self-perception and others’ perceptions? These are important questions and the answers can make the difference between the success or failure of a presentation. Communication and presentation skills are often deciding factors in hiring and promotion decisions.

Presentations skills coaching is structured in one of two ways. For senior executives, this is usually in a one-to-one format. For managers and sales executives, up to six people participate in a two-day programme. Using video feedback, participants develop a greater awareness of their strengths and their areas of improvement. Practical, personal strategies are developed to help each participant develop their own individual style in order to have greater personal impact.
